We use Store Radar, a service provided by [Company Legal Name] FZE, to analyse our orders and improve our service. Store Radar reads our order, product and customer information on our behalf and only for us. Customer details are encrypted, and delivery addresses are deleted a few days after an order. Customer names, emails and phone numbers are never shared with AI services.

Our website uses an anonymous journey tracker from Store Radar to understand how visitors use our store. It records steps of your visit, such as the pages you view and your type of device. It does not use cookies and does not collect your name, email or phone number. Your IP address is turned into a scrambled code that changes every day. This information is kept for 45 days.

If you do not want us to contact you, just tell us and we will mark you as "do not contact". You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details on this page.
